NOTICE: This notice is to inform the general membership of The Michigan Quarter Horse Association (MQHA) that the Michigan Amateur Quarter Horse Association (MAQHA) Board of Directors will be dissolving into a committee of the MQHA, with the intent of being a permanent committee. The MAQHA President or Chair of this Amateur committee will still hold a voting seat on the MQHA board.

Exact rule amendments and changes will be provided at the general membership meeting in January at the MQHA Convention.
