On January 10, 2009 hundreds of mare owners participated in our Stallion Service Sale held at the our Annual Convention in Mt Pleasant.

One of the largest in the industry, foals of stallions sold are eligible for our Futurity, with prize monies in excess of $100,000!

Is your horse eligible for the MQHBF?

Is your horse eligible to participate in the Michigan Breeders’ Futurity?? Check out the criteria to see! 

MQHA Breeders’ Futurity is Open to:

1. Any horse by a stallion that sells in the current year MQHA Stallion Service Sale.
2. Any horse by a stallion that sold in the MQHA Stallion Service Sale the year the entry was conceived.
3. Any horse that is Michigan Bred, which is defined as the sire or dam reside in Michigan, or the owners of those reside in Michigan.
4. Any horse that is Michigan owned.

Also as the Mare Owner who purchased the breeding your resulting foal is eligible for the Stallion Service Sale Futurity Classes
